Next day delivery can be offered when an order is placed before 7pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

**Please note orders placed after 4pm on Saturday will not be delivered on Sunday, they will be delivered on Monday**

*If you place an order for Next Day Delivery before cut-off on Friday, this will be delivered on Monday. There is a chance that it may arrive over the weekend, however, we cannot guarantee this; it simply depends on how busy the courier network is.

Due to some locations delivery can take slightly longer. If you live on the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Scottish Highlands please allow an additional 24 hours for delivery.

Due to customs restrictions we cannot ship boxes to any of the Channel Islands.

Once orders are dispatched you will receive an email or text notification which will also contain your tracking number.

Some smaller items such as marker pens, plastic sacks, tape guns maybe sent with Royal Mail or Evri. 

Please note that nominating a safe place or neighbour is is done at your own risk; we cannot be held responsible for events that may occur once delivery has been made.

If you have previously selected a safe place or neighbour, please be aware that this could be a default location for deliveries to your address. We ask you to consider this when purchasing.

Pallet Deliveries

If you have purchased one of our Box Pallet Deals, your order will be sent with a pallet company.

When ordering a Pallet Deal, the cut off time for next day delivery is 1.30pm. We endeavour to deliver all orders the next day, although we cannot guarantee this will always be possible. 

Orders placed after 1.30pm will be processed the next working day and should be delivered within one working day.  

Please note that delivery for palletised items is to the nearest kerbside. For insurance reasons, drivers delivering palletised goods cannot deliver to your doorstep. If your order is being delivered to a warehouse or logistics facility, delivery will be made to Goods In. 

Upon receipt of your order, it is important that you inspect the goods before signing for the delivery. 

Returns

We are passionate about all things cardboard and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if a refund is necessary we do have a simple returns procedure to follow:

Refunds:

If your item(s) has arrived and it’s not quite what you wanted you can of course look to send this back. You must contact our customer care team within 14 working days from delivery of your order to gain a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) This is a 5 digit number which would need to be included on the outside of the box when sending your item(s) back. Please note we cannot accept any item back without an RAN. Refunds are processed within 14 working days from receipt of the return.

We will refund delivery cost, if any, of getting the goods to you in the first place, however the return postage will be at your cost.

Damaged Goods:

We take steps when dispatching cardboard box orders to minimise damage in transit but unfortunately accidents can happen! We are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if your order does arrive damaged please let our customer service team know within 7 days of receipt of the order. We can then take the necessary steps to replace the damaged goods.
